Report Unofficial Game Time and Scores
Beginning on scheduled game dates, team members can post and view real-time updates to game times and scores for games within the mobile app. During a game, team members can access the game event and utilize the Game Box to enter scores for both their team and their opponent. Additionally, team members can use game time tracking in the Game Box to indicate when the game is in play. This feature will allow those team members who can’t attend the game to stay up to date with all the action! Follow the steps below to access the Game Box and begin game tracking/reporting scores:
Note: All scores and times recorded in the game box are unofficial. The final/official scores are determined by your organization.
Accessing the Game Box
- Once logged onto the app, navigate to the game event by either using the My Daily Events section, My Calendar, or Team Calendar views.
- On the Team Event screen tap on Info or Live Chat to view the Game Box.
- All team members, including relatives who have access to player households, can view the Game Box in these tabs.
- The Game Box in the Live Chat tab will be available 72 hours before the event start time and will close 72 hours after the event end time.
Unofficial score reporting and game time tracking will be available on both the Info and Live Chat tabs on the scheduled game date.

Using the Game Clock
- When viewing the Game Box in the Info tab or the Live Chat tab, tap on the Edit icon. Based on the sport or game requirements, choose from the following options:

- Game Stage: Options for selecting the stage of the game range from 1st through 9th, with an additional ‘Extra’ option available. Next, in the adjacent field, choose the interval label for the sport/ game i.e. half, period, quarter, inning, etc.
- Game Time: Enter the minutes and seconds for the game or the game intervals.
- Timer Direction: Options to run game timer to Count Up, Count Down, or No Time. Note: Count Up is the default selection.
- Auto-post score updates ON/OFF: If selected to ON, then any updates made to Game Score values automatically post a message into the live chat on behalf of the team member who saved the change. Additionally, a push notification will be sent to team members, alerting them to a game score update.
- Note: OFF is the default selection.

- Once selections have been made, click Save.
- As the game begins, if the Count Up or Count Down options are selected, use the play/pause button in the Game Box to monitor when the game is active.

- As the game transitions into new quarters, halves, periods, or innings, use the Edit button to update the game's current stage.
- When the game has concluded, tap on the Edit button and choose ‘Final’ in the Game Stage menu.
Reporting Unofficial Game Scores
- Starting on the game date any team member can visit the Game Box in the Info tab or the Live Chat tab, to update the game scores. To edit the game score, tap the values under either ‘Our Score’ or ‘Opponent’ and enter a number. Tap out of the number dialog to update the score.

- If ‘Auto-post score updates’ is set to ON, then any updates made to game score values will automatically post a message into the live chat channel on behalf of the team member who saved the change. Additionally, a push notification will be sent to team members alerting them to a game score update.
- Game scores may continue to be updated while the Live Chat channel is available. The Live Chat channel closes 72 hours after the event's end time.
- The Game Box will remain visible thereafter in a view-only capacity on both the Info and Live Chat tabs.
